The agreement between you and Binns Pte. Ltd., who operate Madruga. What the product does with your customers' data is the other half, and it is a separate document because it is the more interesting one.
By accessing or using Madruga ("the Service"), operated by Binns Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service records the work you put into online communities and reads two things you connect to it: the visits each community sent you, from your own analytics, and the revenue your products earned, from Stripe. It states a decision once the evidence supports one, and withholds one until then, on purpose. It does not claim to know which community produced a given customer, because nothing it can see joins the two. It is a measurement and decision tool, not advice, and the decisions it states are yours to take or ignore.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. A workspace may hold as many people as its plan includes seats. Anyone you invite can see everything in that workspace, so invite deliberately.
The Service requires a paid subscription. There is no free tier. Plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout, and taxes are applied where required via Stripe Tax. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partial period.
Write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, for any reason and without asking for one. After 14 days we will still look at it, and we will say yes or no plainly rather than pointing at a clause. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the period you are in, and this paragraph is how you get that back. None of this limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
The data in your workspace is yours. You can export all of it, or delete your workspace and everything in it, at any time from Settings, including after a subscription lapses. Deleting a workspace also cancels its subscription. Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore it afterwards.
Stripe and analytics keys you supply are held encrypted and used only to read the subscriptions and traffic for the domains and price ids you declare. We never write to either account. Supply a restricted read key rather than a full secret key; the Service refuses one that looks like the latter.
Do not use the Service unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and do not use it to send unsolicited messages to anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Its readings are computed from the data you and your integrations report, so their accuracy depends on that data. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in-app or by email, and the date below moves when the words do.
